Pixelator Engine is a simple image-based pixel art creation engine.
Its simple tools help you create awesome pixel art without the need for big setup.
It consists of two tools, pixelation and band levels. The pixelation creates the pixel art while the gang levels create the retro look that we old schoolers love.
